1. Responsible for the daily culture, passage, cryopreservation, recovery and operation of tumor cell lines to ensure stable cell status and no contamination; master the culture methods of adherent and suspension cells, and be able to independently complete the detection and recording of cell density, viability and doubling time;
2. According to project needs, conduct cell function and drug efficacy evaluation experiments, including but not limited to CTG and transfection; master cell-based assays, such as reporter gene or NanoBRET technology;
3. Write experimental records and reports, establish and optimize cell culture SOP, and ensure experimental repeatability and quality control;
4. Assist the molecular biology team to complete the in vitro activity evaluation of compounds;
5. Manage daily laboratory activities such as reagent preparation, equipment maintenance and sterility control

1. Master's degree in tumor biology or related majors. Candidates with two or more years of working experience in a CRO company or pharmaceutical company are preferred;
2. Be proficient in basic cell culture techniques; be familiar with solving common problems in cell culture, such as contamination investigation and handling of poor conditions;
3. Ability to conduct independent experiments and organize data;
4. Responsible and strong sense of teamwork;
5. Those with good English reading skills will be given priority.
